Imperial Health Services LLC is a medical practice that is enthusiatic about being able to provide care to the residents of Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Stanley counties.  We accept new patients from ages 15 and up. We offer primary care services that include, acute care, chronic disease mangement, substance use tratemnt services, annual wellness, physicals, weight loss, and much more. We are accepting Medicaid, Medicare, Humana, Tricare East, private pay, third-party insurances, and a sliding scale for selected services for those who do not have insurance or cannot afford basic healthcare needs.
